While working full-time, I earned my Associate of Arts in Information Technology on September 14, 2020, and my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology on March 21, 2022, graduating summa cum laude with a GPA of 3.97. My academic achievements include being on the Dean’s List and the President’s List multiple times, reflecting my commitment to excellence.
Throughout my career as a mechanic and information technologist, I have consistently engaged with computers and software. Technology has always been a passion of mine, stemming from a young curiosity about how things work. Initially self-taught, my formal education has significantly enhanced my skills. I am proficient in LAN, intranet, and extranet operations, web design and maintenance, preventative maintenance, antivirus software management, disaster recovery, workstation management, and data structure, with experience in both Windows and Linux environments.
Currently, I specialize in configuring, installing, and maintaining networking equipment, focusing on Cisco Systems and Sierra wireless devices. My role encompasses project management, troubleshooting, and documentation, utilizing Cisco DNA for effective network design while collaborating with stakeholders to meet project goals. Previously, as an Information Technologist, I supported employees with IT issues and maintained the organization’s infrastructure across multiple locations.
My experience in automotive repair has also honed my problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. I thrive in collaborative environments, welcoming training and tech support responsibilities. I am comfortable with hardware and software setup and repair, maintaining antivirus software, updates, and disaster recovery processes.
I enjoy meaningful interactions and excel at multitasking, whether working independently or as part of a team. I take my work seriously and have consistently maintained employment throughout my career.
